AEON – Internship for Merchandising Dept – Softline (Non-paid)

Job purpose

Support Merchandiser to manage divisions of Softline (Lady Apparel, Cosmetic, Shoes-Bag- Accessories, Men & Inner,…) to satisfy the needs of the Customer, achieving sales, stock and profit targets

Duties and responsibilities

• Data entry for all on order inventory
• Generate and maintain purchase orders
• Assist with vendor communication regarding shipping, sample coordination, orders, approval/account set-up
• Communicate with cross functional partners at operation and Marketing team. Assist with merchandising decisions
• Assisting visual merchandisers in planning store layouts
• Monitoring market changes, competitor prices and product

Qualifications

• Ability to self-start
• Intermediate computer skills in Excel/ Power Point/ Mail
• Ability to work in details, careful & organization.
