Thực tập LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT
Main tasks
- Coordinate with business units and shipping agent. Check the accuracy, validity & unification of import documents.
- Coordinate with 3PLs and following customer’s clearance process.
- Input data into report.
- Transfer documents to financial department and file documents.
- Make Payment Requisition to settle payment for 3PL.
- Follow up with financial department for the payment status and input into report.
- Get the bank slip from the bank once per day at the morning every day.
Job requirements
- Bachelor or Master undergraduate in Business Management, Supply Chain or Foreign Trade.
- No working experiences required, although students with experience in school/social activities are preferred.
- Success stories don’t just happen.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal competence.
- Good in written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge in MS Office.
