Sales Executive

    Working location: Ocean Park Tower, 01 Dao Duy Anh, Dong Da, Ha Noi


    – Develop and maintain and long-term partnership with customers via emails, over the phone, or face to face
    – Build up annual sales pipeline with realistic target
    – Look after the customer accounts and control over customer interactions in the form of local volumes, revenue, and profitability
    – Sell on all levels, including management
    – Maximize results by regularly evaluating customer response and prospects in line with Sales Goals and Activity Plan
    – Focus on existing customer portfolio to increase CMA CGM Log’s share of the customer’s potential
    – Working according to Company business plan
    – Work closely together with sales colleagues and related functions in order to maximize sales potentials and help meet the total organisation’s business goal
    – Coordinate with the internal department to find solutions and resolve matters

    1) Working experience:
    – At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics industry
    – Experience in logistics customer service and operation
    – Experience in selling Seafreight and Airfreight
    – Experience in newly setup organization is of great plus
    2) Skills: problem solving, time management, good communication
    3) Personalities: active, open-minded
    4) English: fluent in verbal and written communication
    5) Computer: proficient in Microsoft Office
