Customer Service Executive

    ** Job Description:

    • Being the Key Entry Point for customer with proactive & helpful manner
    • Receive and consolidate booking details of customers;
    • Update Customers vessel schedules, changes in tariff, new routing.
    • Solve Customer issues & find best solution.
    • Handle CODs, OOGs, Ship back of customers.
    • Check allocation and space on Main liners to serve clients.
    • Support clients any extra demand: special SOP request, charge discount.
    • Ensure to follow SOP agreed between H.O & customers.
    • Assist clients in any of their queries by direct and close communication

    ** Requirements:

    – Education: Bachelor Degree
    – Functional knowledge & Experiences: 1-2 years experience in similar position in a shipping company or FF
    – Communication: Good interpersonal skill, Persuasive, Courteous, Open,
    – Critical work behavior: Customer focus, result oriented, proactive, hard-working, compliance
    – Language: have a good command of English
    – Computer: Advanced level in MS Office
