* Overall Role Purpose

– Transport safety executive is to provide educational support and training vehicle drivers, monitors and crossing guards.
– Strive to reach site and customer goals associated with accident and injury prevention. Identify safety training requirements.
– Maintaining required documentation for audits in compliance with local regulations and customers’ expectations.
* Key Accountabilities
– Coordinate, evaluate and conduct the local regulation behind-the-wheel and classroom training programs.
– Oversee licensing, certifications, training, physical, drug and alcohol testing ensuring compliance with local regulation and DHL requirements.
– Conduct performance evaluations for the purpose of ensuring all skills levels are met and are in compliance with local regulation and DHL requirements.
– Conducts post-incident investigations related to incidents and provide corrective actions/ preventive actions.
– Maintain manual and electronic documents, files and records for up to date reference, audit purposes and regulatory compliance.
– Prepare a variety of documents and reports, assisting in budget preparing, activity reports, training materials, safety information, driver evaluations and regulatory reports.
– Perform risk assessment, evaluate and prepare recommendations to Safety Manager and
* Transport manager regarding to safety concerns.
– Coordinate and conduct safety meeting with transport team.
– Assist with the day to day operations of transport team including conducting routes as necessary.
– Perform all other assignments and responsibilities as directed

* Expected years of experience:
– Minimum 2 – 4 years experiences of HSE system in Transport Business.
* Educational Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Occupational health and Safety.
