I. JOB SUMMARY

The Purchasing & Inventory Management senior staff will be responsible for inventory management, purchasing request, demand planning, demo/consignment and vendor management.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES
– Planning and implementing strategies to ensure optimum inventory levels while meeting marketing and sales objectives.
– Monitoring daily of Marketing Department & Asset Management Department’s operational consumption to control inventory items.
– Preparing inventory documentation, record the quality, quantity, type, style, and any other characteristics of the inventory on a regular basis.
– Check on site all the storages once per 03 months to ensure correct inventory documents.
– Developing and generating reports on performance, productivity and compliance of inventory, purchasing and demo / consignment.
– Requesting for purchase & contact vendors for purchasing new inventory: Ensure vendors are selected and evaluated according to established criteria. Negotiate with outside Vendors for finished goods to get the best possible price and service guarantee.
– Working with Custom Broker and Vendors to ensure compliance with Custom’s regulations on imported shipments and report any amendments pertaining to the entry of goods.
Other duties
– Support other departments if required.
– Other tasks assigned by Marketing Team Leader and General Director.

* Working time
Full – time 40 hour/week
Admin shift: 8:30 – 17:30 from Monday to Friday

III. Requirements:

– Bachelor degree of a business related area or equivalent professional qualification.
– 2 – 3 years experience in similar capacity as a Purchasing & Inventory staff in multinational company.
– Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Vietnamese.
– Teamwork, leadership, time management skills.
– Service orientation – Customer service-minded.
– Good health condition, ability to work under high pressure and self-motivation.
– High levels of accuracy& numeracy & ethical conduct.
– Male preferred.
