Job description
Key responsibilities
- SCM System Super User
- Be focal point for existing SCM application enhancement, for new SCM application roll out project (test support, coordination, issue resolutions and escalation).
- Support daily operation system issues.
- Follow designed escalation procedure to SME & IT, communication between SME and users for information cascading up and down.
- Conduct Damco Shipper & other SCM system training to interal and/or external users.
- SCM P&L And Operations Analyst
- Report SCM CM1, volume in timely and accurate manner, able to analyse devitation between target and actual performance
- Monitor mster data quality (SAP contract maintenance, charge database, customer database, etc.)
- Assist Managers in monitoring SCM Revenue and cost accuracy, detecting inaccuracies in client profitability
- Efficiently generate operational, financial reports and other ad-hoc reports requested by Managers
- Counter Team Leader
- Monitor Counter team;s performance to meet customer satisfaction and assigned KPIs
- 1st escalation for counter operational issues
- Train, coach, support and motivate team members for better performance
- Inspire team members to work in a collaborative manner & make effoerts for continuous improvement
- Support Customer Service teams, Operations team in customer query resolution and exeption handling
- Other: carry out ad-hoc tasks, project assigned by Management
Required knowledge & skill:
- BA in related field preferably
- 2~3 years of working experience, preferably in SCM/Ocean freight/Air freight industry
- Sound understanding of Damco operational systematic thinking
- Advanced level of MS Excel
- Good command of English ( writing, speaking, listening )
- Good communicatn skills and able to communicate confidently both Vietnamese and English
- Good stakeholder management skill
- Leadership – people management is preferablr
- Proven track record of continuous improvement mind-set
- Basic finance knowledge
