Job Description

• Assisting Line manager for developing overall marketing strategy, annual business plan and competitive growth strategies for assigned product line.
• Gain deep & continuous understanding of consumers wants / needs, attitudes, and motivations to generate insights
• Develop winning Innovation, Communication based on Consumers Insights to grow the Product line.
• Executing the product line plans, alignment with Trade Marketing and Sales on distribution and merchandising objectives, with Supply Chain on supply Chain objectives to deliver the market share, sales volume, revenue and profit growth objectives.
• Achieve brand images by controlling the line communication, e.g: set commercial targets, brief to advertising agency, evaluate creative art work, manage consistent quality, judge media plan…
• Establish and control brand standards in the areas of product, packaging, price, consumer relationships and other communications.
• Improve brand profitability through identifying and implementing cost control opportunities and ensuring every element of marketing spent to be well controlled and justified within the approved budget.
• Implement and interpret market researches to withdraw business implications
• Devise and implement consumer promotion plans.
• Competitors analysis and withdraw business implications
• Lead, train and develop, conduct performance review with subordinates to build up the efficiency of the team.
• Update Direct Line Manager on the status of the principle accountabilities on bases of internal and external information: market research for brand image, usage, market share…
• Take other assignments from Product Manager/Group Product Manager as requested.

Job Requirements

1. Qualification:
• Education: University degree in Economics/ Marketing
• Work Experience: a minimum of 2-year experience in Brand Marketing in FMCG.
• Other qualifications:
 – Experience and knowledge in personal & skin care will be an advantage.
 – Fluent in both English, Vietnamese speaking and writing.
