Objective:
-Have deeply understanding about retail and AEON business
-Apply knowledge/experience for managing a real team
-Complete MT program to become a Group Leader (GL)
Duties:
-Attend training courses (classroom) with Training team about theory of Retail Industry
-Learn on job training at store operations in Hanoi and HCMC
-Experience as a real GL by managing your team
-Attend other training activities such as : sharing books, off-lines sharing, travelling, canvassing, tree planting, …

Requirements:
-Under 25 years old
-Familiar with MS. Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
-English: Good at 4 skills (speaking, writing, reading and listening), from IELTS 5.0/ TOEIC 550 or equivalent.
-Desire to work and develop in retail industry
-Can work on shift, weekend and public holidays
