Job Descriptions
*Job DescriptionA. Import tasks:
– Responsible for dealing with import and export documentation,
– Prepare all necessary documents for import shipment as well as export.
– Do all Import-export procedures such as setting up custom documents, arrange stuffing container schedule…
– Prepare Letter of Authorization for shipment and solve all requests from agents and local customers as well.
– Make monthly reports to authorized offices
B. Accounting tasks
– Co-ordinate and control the day-to-day activities in accounting department
– Organize, manage and keep track of A/P, A/R
– Manage the year-end external audit and tax finalizations in compliance with local and company requirements
– Report to Chief Accountant and Finance Manager

Job requirements
– Experience: MUST have > 03 years involved with import jobs
– Have working experience in foreign company (Japanese company is more preferable)
– Have basic knowledge & experience of accounting works, systems and software
