Main tasks
1. Support on Import activity for Business Divisions under supervision
- Receive shipping docs: commercial invoice, Packing List, P/O, C/O, B/L & some related documents from Forwarder and Global Business (GBs)
- Check the accuracy, validity & unification of documents: If documents are correct, send by mail to customs brokers for preparation. If documents are wrong, inform responsible party to make the correction then send to customs broker.
- Receive Arrival Notice and Freight Invoice from Forwarder, send to customs broker for E-customs declaration.
- Prepare, submit to sign, stamp document and return to customs broker.
- Receive Delivery Notice from customs broker, send documents to Warehouse for Goods Receipt processing.
- Input data into Report.
- Transfer documents to Accountant Dept (CTG) and file documents into folder.
- Make Payment Requisition for customs broker.
2. Payment Duty
- Send Bank Slip to the Bank and get back once per day in the morning.
- Submit bank slip for authority copy signature, deliver to customs broker.
- Input data of payment record.
Job requirements
- Bachelor or Master undergraduate in International Business, Foreign Trade.
- Have knowledge of import- export business, experience in logistics job is advantage.
- Detail- oriented, familiar with paper work, adaptable, quick learner, can work under pressure.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Good in written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge in MS Office.
- Go to work by Motorcycle.
- Duration: 3 – 6 months
