Job Description:
The Logistics Analyst will be a key member of the Vietnam Logistics team. He/She will be tasked to manage business support functions that make sure smooth operations at Logistics services from Warehouse to Transportation. Key support functions are including but not limited to following listing:

1. Support and sustain enterprise systems to ensure timely resolution of system related issues.
2. Drive for system performance as to support operations to meet performance levels, including operations excellence.
3. Drive for disposition of system enhancement requests and executing/establishing a business continuity plan (BCP) for systems thru 3PL operations.
4. Ensure 3PL contractor meeting all Intel standard requirements and compliance to Intel Safety, Quality, Control and Operational Standards at all times.
5. Assists and supports various local and regional working groups or projects. Collaborate with system solution partners to channel system issue resolutions. Support to operations in business process exploration and development. Be the owner for system configuration requirement. Drive or lead system continuous process improvement at site and/or worldwide level.
6. Responds to customer and/or client requests or events as they occur.
7. Support 3PL related administration that inclusive of PO/Shopping Basket, CW policy, training etc.
8. Project participation and support. BKM sharing with colleagues and VF counterparts.

Qualifications

You must possess a Bachelor’s degree in IT and/or Engineering field. An M.B.A. is preferred. Additional qualifications include:

-o- Business competence
-o- Familiarity with Logistic operations, system and interdependencies, decision making, business acumen, and contractor and/or supplier management knowledge
-o- Import, export, customs, trade rules, warehouse transportation operations and warehouse management systems
-o- Organization and time-management skills
-o- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment coupled with initiative and in an organized manner with minimal supervision in an ambiguous environment
-o- Ability to interface professionally with all levels of personnel, outside contacts, vendors, and suppliers
-o- Any IT related experience would be advantage, for example, SAP, Rosetta Net, supply chain tools and database etc.
