Onboarding Controller: 2 roles

Job Description:

– Take ownership of enrolling the in-coming seller into our systems
– Communication of process, and coordination of pre- corporation
– Training and coaching new coming seller about process and management the sales system which Lazada will provide them account by cold call and meetings
– Doing test and make sure seller have qualified enough for reactivation their seller account in system. (The sales system will maintain sales activity for sellers)
– Setup, arrange meetings to train all sellers every week
– Responsible and follow up to re-train and monitor to improve existing sellers whose bad performance
– Responsible for tracking, monitoring systems, and pulling reports for business application
– Working closely with Shipping provider ,Seller/Supplier, PSC, catalog , warehouse and sales team

Job Requirement:

– Capability of strong argument
– Good at English is a must
– Proven track record in prior jobs, enthusiastic self-starter: proactive, creative, well-organized
– Have related experience like customer service, training associate
– Ability to work both on the phone and face to face
– Very strong in working independently as well as team-working
– Not afraid to approach and push other teams to deliver results on time
