Program content:
– Management, graphic and soft skill training courses provided by experience trainers and managers
– On job training and job swapping under different production team for a defined period of time
– Assistance tasks for the managers/ team leaders in the daily operations
Requirements for trainees:
– Last year students or 01 year graduated candidates from business or related fields
– Good communication on both written and spoken in both English and Vietnamese
– Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point…)
– Ambitious and competent to be a manager
– Preferable characteristics: Good vision and leadership potentials, good analytical thinking and interpersonal skills, good communication and reporting skills, be organized, thorough and detail oriented, eager to learn, can work in team and independently.
– Willingness to start the program in April 2015
