ZALORA VIETNAM is looking for Warehouse Supporting Intern

Working location: District 9, near Suối Tiên

We provide bus to District 9

Allowance: 3,150,000 VNĐ per month

Job Description:

–          Ware house support performs an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock (In-bound), picking and packing orders (Outbound), processing return and sending refund request (Returns), or shelving, managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse (Inventory)

–          Willing to learn and do multi tasks in the Warehouse. Take full responsibility of the assign tasks. Communicate the result, initiative or difficulty of his/her work performance to line manager

–          Responsible for assisting different teams or perform different type of duties as required by the nature of the position or as requested by Supervisor.

–          Work closely with other team members as this position required a good coordination with all departments in the warehouse.

System Usage:

–           Operation Management System (OMS), Email and other supported systems.

–           Keep all company and customer data confidential.

Training:

–           Participate required/advance training; ensure that skills and knowledge are met expectation and job requirement.

Requirements:

–          Effective communication in both English and Vietnamese

–          Good at Microsoft Office (excel, word, etc…)

–          College or University Graduation

–          Analytical skill; Detail-Oriented

–          Ability to work in a multiple team
