Job summary
To assist the Client Service team(s) in assigned administrative duties which may or may not be research-related to ensure client needs are fully met.
Role and Responsibilities
• Assist in translation of new questionnaires, materials and those with vernacular answers recorded by interviewers
• Delivery Report, support in building analysis report
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on research techniques and applications.
• Assist in photocopying / printing / binding of reports and proposals
• Perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, accuracy and correctness
• Admin work:
Preparing proposal & contract , translating and following up all contracts of team
Booking rooms and conference facilities for team.
Preparing material for meeting.
Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment.
• Provide other administrative support to the assigned project teams
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• 4th year’s student or University/ College degree graduate in 2014.
• Good communication in English for both written and spoken.
• Proficient with computer programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Presentation Skills
• Working full day from 8.30am-5.30pm in 6 months
• Responsible for other duties as assigned.
