[Zalora] Warehouse Team Leader

At the moment, we are looking for a driven Warehouse Team Leader who will be working with the inbound, Inventory team in the warehouse, customer service, marketing, logistics, buying team and external suppliers.

Location: Hoang Huu Nam Street, District 9, near Suoi Tien

More details on the Warehouse Team Leader role:

• You will be responsible for one of our teams in the warehouse and liaise with other internal stakeholders: logistics, customer service, marketing, buying team, 3rd party contractors etc.
• You will report to WH Manager
• Review the capacity planning tool and highlight the recruitment needs to manager.
• Ensure all tools and IT equipment in department is in working order
• Do morning briefing to communicate previous day performance, todays target and keep my team informed of changes/information from the management.
• Manage team member attendance and address issues such as tardiness, AWOL and excessive MC.
• Ensure all the aisles are kept in good condition and arrange for housekeeping when necessary. Arrange for daily walkabout with team member to address housekeeping issues.
• Manage team member to achieve their KPI and carry out performance management on poor performers. Issue warning letters and keep track of them for escalation
• Assure stability and quality of all processes in the warehouse
• Take responsibility for transparency on products in the warehouse
• Other responsibilities on request of management

Time spent:

• 60% of time carrying out daily tasks.
• 20% of time in resolving issues with in department
• 15% of time training and bringing up to speed the new members in the team.
• 5% of time ensuring the work area in is in clean and orderly condition.


• 3+years’ experience in warehouse supervision with proven track record
• Effective communication in both Vietnamese and English
• Ability to manage a team of ~ 10 people and ensure high execution speed and quality with your team
• Experience in a retailing company is highly appreciated
• You have already gained experience in process management
• You are responsible, proactive and take pleasure in managing teams
• You are able to work fast and under pressure
