Box 4P’s – Operation Officer

Job Description

– Be a core member and support Operation Team with the daily operations including order management, stock management, shipping management, procurements and etc.

– Co-ordinate closely with other operation officer to optimize the operation process

– Conduct customer support task including answering phone calls, emails and facebook fanpage.

– Conduct data input tasks.

– Some tasks when required

Job Requirement

*** Business Level of English is required
*** We prefer candidates who are young, pro-active and willing to work in Start-Up environment

– University degree in Business or related field, No Experience required

– Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication & analytic skills.

– Organized and logical thinking, detailed-oriented & high spirit of teamwork.

– Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed.

– Working time: 09.00AM – 05.30PM / 10.00AM – 6.30 PM . Willing to work on every Sunday. The candidate can take 1 day off in weekday.

Salary

– Starting with 22,000VND/hour. After passing the probation, salary is 25,000VND/hour.

– There is 2 months probation period or less depends on the performance.
