[Hanoi – ITL Quatar Airline] is looking for a Quatar Airline Customer Service Staff
Working location: No. 9 Dao Duy Anh, Hanoi
Key area of responsibility:
Booking & Customer Services Coordination for space reservation & confirmation to customers.
Tracing / Tracking / Help desk information (outgoing & incoming cargo)
Coordination with airport team for irregularity cases (outgoing & incoming) to communicate and support customer.
To perform necessary Pre-Alert in terms of connection & uplift ex DOH
Double check on issued MAWBs Vs Weight Slip to ensure correctness of all details and feedback to
Operation timely for any discrepancy (spot adjustment or CCA issuance).
Monitor correct shipment data in Oryx after flight depart ex HAN or re-book ex BKK.
Coordination with Operation team for necessary stationery order and supply.
Other duties to be assigned to cope with specific situations as required.
Channel of report: to Sally.
Critical issue will be escalated to Cargo Manager All reports as required
***Requirement:
Education: Major in international trade field
Experience: Experienced in relevant field at least 2 years.
Required Skills:
– Knowledge about overseas trade
– English is smooth as: reading, writing, listening and speaking.
Computer skills: MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Power Point, Email, Internet.
Special Skills:
– Good knowledge of Forwarding & Logistics Field is preferable
– Good communication and interpersonal skill
