Job Type:                Full-time, permanent

Work location:        HCMC, VIETNAM

Salary:  Dependent on candidate’s qualifications.

Job Overview:The selected candidate is responsible in developing client network and managing the Sales team.


  • Keep existing co-loading clients and increase FCL sales volume;
  • Propose strategies for business goals of company and achieve agreed sales targets
  • Increase company reputation in FCL co-loading market;
  • Draw up business plan for FCL sales;
  • Catch up with development and activities of trade lanes on the market;
  • Regularly update information of competitors and market.
  • Follow the orders from A – Z, support Accounting Dept for payment.
  • Daily, weekly, monthly report to GM or Branch Manager;

Other tasks assigned.

  • Skills:

Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills

Team player, but must be able to work independently

English language skills (listening/ comprehension, reading, speaking, writing)

  • Knowledge:

Bachelor degree in Economic/ Foreign Trade/ Maritime University;

Above 30 years old

Good relationship with shipping lines/carriers

At least 3 year-working experience in Shipping/ Forwarding / Logistics; FCL sales experience is preferable
