Program Overview

The 24-month Graduate Program provides numerous exciting and challenging opportunities to develop professional skills for a successful and impressive career in lubricants. You will be exposed to a range of business sectors, from automotive to industrial lubricants. You will be also build skills via complex interactions with various departments including sales, marketing, operations, finance, ande supply chain. Requirements

A passion to develop career in the lubricant industry
University bachelor’s degree with good GPA (from 7.5/10 or equivalent)
Fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience
Excellent English communication and presentation skills
Good analytical an problem solving skills
Demonstrate leadership through contributrions to extra-curricular and social activitives
Excellent interpersonal skills to work both internally and with our customers
Motivation and desire to learn about our customer and how they use our products
