Thông tin tuyển dụng:

R&R of Trucking staff

Overall R&R:

Operation trucking management & coordinating between 3PL and factory;
Planning, organizing, managing & supervising inbound & outbound trucking plan compliantly with factory production schedule;
Liaise with Savina and LSPs in order to establish and maintain effective trucking activities and support in relation to Billing team, operation team.
Support trucking team leader to solve any trucking problem, make sure all shipments will be delivered on time as arranged & in good condition. Cross check request trucking vendors, by monthly meeting, to inform about trucking KPI and safety compliance as factory rule (SHE – Safety, Health & Environment).

2. [SDSVN-HCM] Local Transportation Staff

This position to manage & maintain the service of local transportation to supply all sub-materials from local satellite vendors to manufacturing

Duties

Good knowledge of local transportation & relevant Vietnamese regulations of transportation
Experiences in transportation, delivery arrangement, monitor third party vendors is preferable.
Good communication & co-ordination with manufacturing to make delivery planning. Supervise delivery plan & adjust if any to make sure all shipments available at manufacturing timely as requested
Collecting documents and making billing
Daily Report
Follow up loading status & keep any evidence when needed.

3. [SDSVN-HCM] Local Transportation Supervisor

Duties

Good knowledge of local transportation & relevant Vietnamese regulations of transportation
Experiences in transportation, delivery arrangement, monitor third party vendors is preferable.
Quick solution with thinking “I’m possible” to disposal daily operations.
Strategic thinking to monitor local transporters to ensure smooth supply in efficient cost.
Build up the delivery process & KPIs to monitor the transporter’s performance to ensure service quality provided as committed…

4. [SDSVN-HCM] Inbound Custom Clearance staff

Duties

Received all docs from Ops team every morning, check information between docs and GERP sys. If matching we will make CD/CR accordingly and send to customs broker for declare customs clearance. If mismatching we will send Email for checking to Pur / Log
Make CD/CR by manual for cargo urgent as per request SAVINA (if any)
Make CD/CR by manual for cargo “Noncommercial value” and “re-import”
Make CD/CR by manual for cargo urgent follow make CD in SAP again when cargo arrived.

5. [SDSVN-HCM] Inbound Custom Clearance staff (Backup for Maternity leave)

Duties

To keep track of for cases add invoice (invoice missing, invoice Noncommercial value) and follow do SAVINA request.
Take noted person in charge when we need find out information.
Support information for Logistics, Accountant
Follow shipments urgent, push customs Broker and collect CD list as per request Accountant
Manage, receive, control Customs Declaration form (CD) and shipping documents from 3PLs;
Scan, sorting and filing CD and documents…

6. [SDSVN-HCM] Inbound Ocean Operation support

Duties

On Cello:

Check on Cello, SAP, document and release BL
Send ASN/AN (Arrival Management):
Indirect shipments: send ASN to LSP and follow for inputting AN on time. Then, send AN to G-ERP
Direct shipments: send AN to G-ERP after receiving AN from shipping lines

Account Settlement (Inbound transfer AR/AP):

For AR: following cut off part of SAVINA for transferring AR by collect all docs and invoice and generate or event tariff for all fee(s) occurred to each shipments.
For AP: After LSP finished their scope, we transfer AP to BMS so that we can check and upload excel on web portal in order to make billing steps.

On mail and reality jobs:

Following daily inbound shipments
Working with related parties for hold D/O, amendment manifest, incorrect O/F , EXW
Collecting all required docs, invoices for making AR/AP
Following urgent shipment for delivery on time.
Report to Inbound Operation Supervisor
