JTI Tuyển dụng Logistics Associate (6 month support)

Main job description:

• Supervise the inventory management of Distributors’ Finished Goods’ (FG) warehouse that includes ordering/receiving FG from factory & release stocks to trade.
• Follow-up the import process of materials for production of JTI licensed-products in Vietnam between GSC (the Global Supply Chain function based in Malaysia), Vinataba and Thanh Hoa factory. Coordinate with factory to ensure adequate stock for sales distribution national wide.
• Be responsible to prepare PRs for Finance/Logistics
• Assist CFO’s various tasks from time to time.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• EDUCATION: Major in Business Administration and / or Foreign Trade
• WORKING EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years working experience in FMCG company will be an advantage
• SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of Logistics & basic knowledge on Import/Export, Supply Chain activities is preferred.
• Good oral & written communication skills (English and Vietnamese).
• Demonstrate logical thinking & time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING:  Business knowledge / experience in FMCG industry will be an advantage.
• FUNCTIONAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

+  Import export and supply chain knowledge.
+  Negotiation & inventory management skills.
