Operation Assistant

Job Description

– Support Operation Manager with the day to day operations, including order management, quality checking, shipping management, and etc.

– Implement new and innovate existing customer service processes.

– Conduct data input tasks to record the sales and cost data.

– Conduct customer support task including answering phone calls, emails and facebook fanpage.

– Some tasks when required

Job Requirement

*** Business Level of English is required
*** We prefer candidates who are willing to work in Start-Up environment

– University degree in Business or related field, No Experience required

– Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication & analytic, skills.

– Organized and logical thinking, detailed-oriented person.

– Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment

– Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed.

– Enthusiastic, positive attitude & high level of maturity.

– Working time: 09.00AM – 05.30PM. Willing to work on Sunday.

– One day off (weekday)

Salary

– Starting with 22,000VND/hour. After passing the probation, salary is 25,000VND/hour.

– There is 2 months probation period
