Objective / Purpose of the Job

To perform as a leader on customer services related matters of the Logistics Platform (Warehouse and Land Transport) and provide customer satisfaction

Key Activities / Accountabilities
|
Business
- Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks, checking the quality and the quantity of the shipping and the receiving.
- Report to customer about shipment discrepancies with related report and photos
- Support the move of materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code.
- Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, or relocate orders to a holding area or shipping department.
- Documentation preparation, control, filing and distribution of all related operational documents.
- The key contact point and be contactable contact point to the customer answering all queries and
necessary communications flow.
- Process customer inbound and outbound orders by WMS pass to operational supervisor for handling.
- Sending necessary reports of Geodis or Client requested reports.
- Process service orders for problems; follow-up with customer on results; update and document pertinent information.
- Solving problem and achieving customer’s satisfaction.
- Assist in counting of physical inventory.
- Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for staff and customer traffic.
- Arranging trucks accordingly.
- May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.
- Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
- Wear the proper safety equipment.
- To perform additional ad hoc reports required by management
- Manage & control office stationary or coordinate with HCM Office’s Administrator for other office
supplies relate.

Essential Educational and / or Training Qualifications & Certificates
|
- BA degree.
- English fluently in speaking & writing.
- Problem solving skills.
- Customer Service skills.
|
Preferred Experience and Knowledge
|
- At least 2-year experience in the same industry & similar role.
|
Necessary Technical / Functional Skills
|
- Good usage experience of computer knowledge
- Good communication skills both to co-workers and customers, etc.
- To be able to use WMS, Office
|

I prefer candidates with logistics background/enthusiasm who are able to work full-time in Binh Duong.
